MANAGER (N1.2m PA) MGR-ASABA

Job Description



The successful candidates will manage the activities of the office, create awareness of the company’s products, and coordinate the activities of all staff in the branch. Send a weekly report to the COO on their activities. He/she will implement strategic Marketing plans, meet and set targets for the branch, write business proposals. He/she will also be required to give excellent customer service to customers.



Requirements



- A first degree in any discipline, MBA is an added advantage

- Professional qualification is also an added advantage

- A minimum of 5years relevant experience in Banking Profession/Micro-Finance Company.

- Good communication skills

- A passion for customer service

- Good administrative skill

- Ability to work without supervision.

Job Description



The successful candidate will oversee the entire HR functions of the company. These functions include; all aspects of Recruitment & Selection, enforcing discipline, handling grievance, Appraisals and Performance Management, and so forth.



Requirements



- A university degree in Arts, Social Sciences or it’s equivalent.

- A Masters in Human Resources or a professional qualification is an advantage

- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a Finance Institute.

- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

INTERNAL AUDITOR (N960,000 to N1m per annum) ASABA AUD - 346



Responsibilities



• Verify the adequacy internal controls and compliance with operational policies.

• Conducting daily audit exercise on credits activities, Leasing activities, Finance and accounts.

• Conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly audit on credit, finance and account, admin dept.

• Generation of report for management use.

• Carrying out ad hoc task as may be delegated by head of department.



Qualification & Experience



• BSC/HND Accounts

• At least 3 years practical working experience

• Age -Not more than 35years old

• Computer literate-Compulsory

• Must be resident in Asaba or ready to relocate to Delta

• Professional qualification, added advantage.
